This hostel is located on one of Madrid's main streets, with impressive architecture and important stores, bars, and restaurants. It is set on the seventh floor of an elegant and roomy building, far from the chaos of the crowded streets. The apartment in which it is housed has no distinctive finishes or expensive furnishings, but in the bedrooms spaces are generous, in the room where I stayed four bunk beds could have been placed, there were four regular ones instead. The environment is sober and clean, there are six or seven bedrooms in total, it's never crowded, and the air conditioning ensures a good night's rest. The staff is friendly and helpful with any questions, and the prices affordable, far cheaper than in popular coastal resorts this time of year.

The location and service of the staff were fantastic, the room 701 - best view you can see the Gran Via all illuminated at Christmas - a HUGE window, and the room 702 - amazing the layout of the beds and with a small balcony and has a mini closet, and also has a slightly smaller view but it is amazing, these are the best rooms in the apartment, the staff are kind and kind and concerned for our well-being! A big hug to Sano an amazing Pakistani, we arrived before chekin time and he gently (as the room was empty) performed the cleanup for our stay, it was really amazing - we were very tired !

Location is incredible and super easy to get to using the metro from airport plus excellent directions given in advance by staff. I had a private room - lots of space and good bathroom and water pressure in shower. Nice towels and sheets and pillows and hangers. Most of all the man at the desk (as many have mentioned in reviews) is what made the stay extra special - he walked to the bus to Toledo for the day - he walked to the metro to help me top up my card to get back to airport - have other great tips. Thank you - don’t ever loose this staff member!

We were pleasantly surprised by Much Madrid. The rooms were clean and updated, and the views from the rooms were fantastic. The bathrooms were pretty good, although the shower head positions were a bit tricky to work with. The bathrooms were always clean, though, and there were several bathrooms so there was always one available when needed. The kitchen area was also handy, although we didn't use it much as we were only there for one night. The staff was also friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

The accommodation is in a great location, in the middle of Gran Vía, most attractions are within walking distance. And the view from the room was simply fantastic. The room is clean and comfortable, towels are provided, shampoo and shower gel are provided in the bathrooms, and the kitchen also has basic items (salt, sugar, tea), microwave, kettle. The staff was extra nice and helpful! I would book here again.
